Can't sync workouts and routes

Hi!

On my Fenix 5 All activities are synced normally to Connect. However something has changed in how my Fenix syncs workouts, routes and Calendar.

Since a time back, unsure if it's days or weeks, my F5 has stopped syncing Workouts and Routes.
I dont receive any error and it doesn't matter if I try through mobile app or Garmin Express on PC, they don't get to the watch.
Also if I add a workout to the calendar it can be synced through cable and Garmin Express to watch, but not through mobile

It has been working in the past, I'm sure it was working in July.

So far I've tried

  1. Restarting phone and watch
  2. Removing unused sync accounts from Connect (Final Surge, Training Peaks), only Strava there for now.
  3. Deleting all activities, and files, from variuos folders on watch
  4. Factory resetting the Watch

Anyone who can advise what's going on or even better with a solution?

  • Ok, so I found the issue. It was as simple as I had to select "Send to device"
    It seems stupidly simple
    Still I've used it a lot the 2-3 yrs I had my F5 and actually must have done that without being aware of it. Also strange that it happens att the same time all workouts and courses seems to have got deleted from the watch. Well, all is OK now BlushOk hand
