India map not showing on Fenix 5x

I am only getting blank screen on the map.
why it’s not showing the India map ?

If you really have installed the map of India and it is configured and nothing visible, try usual things, soft reset, factory reset. If does not help, contact Garmin support.

Also, did you ever see the map of India? Is this a new device?

Checked the EPO status : It’s showing as Current.

the unit is purchased from India it’s an Fenix 5X APAC

Is the Map activated?

- Select an activity, e.g. Hike

- Select Hike Settings

- Select Map

- Select Configure Maps

- Activate the needed Map
