Trying to understand Easy Ride on Direct Drive Trainer.

So I have a Tacx Flux S that I have been doing some easy rides on usually about an hour and strictly zone 1/2 HR and Zone 3/4 Power (Mostly Zone 3). Why is my status this atrocious? Should Zone 3 easy power is 75-80% of the FTP I have set? (I haven't done an FTP test yet.) Am I missing something?
