Heart rate no longer recorded

Hello, I have the Fenix 5S and used it for about 3 years. Very satisfied. Since this week the heart rate is no longer recorded (the 'last 4 hours' view doesn't show data and also in Connect it appears as if I have no data recorded). The Heart Rate screen however does show my "active heart rate". I have changed no settings nor can I find anything that gives me a clue. Any help is appreciated.

Having the exact same issue on Fenix 5 Plus. Everything stopped on Saturday, including sleep monitoring. HRM is showing Active Heart Rate on Garmin Connect but no past data.

Heart Rate data is still on my Fenix and shows the past week. So, I believe the data is still on the watch but not showing or updating on Garmin Connect.

Any advice much appreciated.

I just disconnected my Fenix from my Garmin Connect and reconnected it. HRM seems to be recording but no previous data loaded.

The problem I noted above existed for about 6 to 8 weeks and yesterday out of the blue it starts working again. So I am pretty sure it was a glitch / bug or other problem on the Garmin software that is now fixed. I had two other issues also (with the Golf tracking and the Move! indication). Everything seems to be ok again.

Thanks, that was not the issue for me, I had tried that a few times.
