Fenix 5X Plus vs Vivoactive 4 ?

Hi guys! I just bought a 5x+ Sapphire for 500 $. I was going for the VA4 but saw this one on sale. Was it a good or bad choice? At sports im an average joe just doing some trips with the kids in the woods and mountain biking not to advanced.

It’s complete overkill.

But so it is for most buyers.

Do you like it?

Can you still feed the kids and pay the bills?

Yeah, thought that as well but the more durable design had me go for the Fenix. Haha barley in these corona times... Thnx for the input.
