Since upgrading to V20.0 on 6 July, my heart rate data hasn’t been syncing to connect.
it will sync for activities but anything outside an activity won’t work. I know the HR is working as my current HR will display both on my watch and in connect, it just won’t show all of the data.
I haven’t had any of the battery drain issues with the new version, although it is taking longer to get a GPS lock when starting an activity.
I lodged a ticket almost two weeks ago, but haven’t had a response and haven’t been able to get through via phone...
