Wrong route recording Fenix 5s

My Fenix 5S sometimes doesn't record the route correctly, the dist acne is right but route is a complete disaster, also all the statistics which are generated during the route are a mass, step length , cadence and vertical ratio are also wrong recorded during period it started the false route recording, are there more people who see this problem.?
I'm on the firmware version 20.00, and see this after a endurance run.

Fenix 5x is inaccurate in GPS route mapping, but with v.20.0 it seems to be even worse. The problem is that v20.0 doesn't count steps correctly neither.

It doesn't look the GPS problem mentioned by IvanDilov, It is more it missed a part of the route I followed.
Instead it draws a straight line, but when I follow the strait line the distance would be much shorter, In the log it is nearly the distance of the planed route.

I have experienced the same. Instead of actually showing my route it just defaults to a straight line.
