When "Steps Options"/"Status" is On, the sensor count steps even you don't walk, for example when you shake hands behind the head. This issues started after 20.0 version firmware update. Does anybody mentioned that issue?

No, the issue didn’t start with firmware 20.0
Counting steps has never been accurate, on any watch, of any brand.
Chopping unions, petting the cat, waving to friends are all activities that will increase your step count.
But who cares? If you are serious about exercising (which you are I presume because you bought an expensive piece of kit for it) you know step counting is only to interesting for people who don’t move at all.
Your Garmin device is full of features that don”t work properly and are only there for marketing purposes. Learn to live with it. (To bad you still have to pay for these non working stuff)
I'm talking not in general, I'm comparing the step count before 20.0 and now. For the same daily activities the step count now is almost double. I have my fenix 5x more than 2 years.
Garmin should check the step count. It's useless tracker without this. Going back to Vivofit 3 until then.
There is more serious problem with v20.0 - it counts steps when you shake the watch as a cheap step tracker do, even worse. Noticed that when I pumped the the tire of my bike. It counted a step with every stroke!
IvanDilov I looked at the statistics in garmin connect and I do not see any increase in stepcount.
I think you are alone in this. And to be honest, I couldn't care less about stepcounts. I bought a sportwatch, not an activitytracker.
I found that also, just checked , made movements with the hand and saw increase of steps.
SlavaGo Yes, like I said above (6 days ago), stepcounter doesn't work with a watch on your wrist.
IvanDilov keeps saying, in multiple treads, that stepcouting is increased with firmware 20.0.0. I don't see that. With 20.0.0 it's just as good/bad as with 19.10 or before.
