After v20.0 Software Update - Faster Battery Drain

Is it possible to go back to the previous version, after 2 years this is the worst battery drain ever ?

Do you use third party watch face? If yes try a standard Garmin watchface and check the battery consumption.

So maybe the display driver for fenix 5 is not in separated file. You should check all folders in the beta installation files and the files on your device and see if there are some older files on the device than in the beta files and report that difference to the Garmin guys. You mean forerunner 645 has the same battery problem as fenix 5? Or you switched to 645 from 5 because of the problem?
