Firmware 20.0 delay after pressing menu buttons

This "delay" is usually caused by the watchface. I'll suggest you to try changing the watchface and see if the delay is still there.

Try using a clean and simple watchface, like the stock ones or search connect IQ for the "Fewlaps" watchface.

Thanks Esteve, it was that. I think that the watchface creator will need to update it.

Well, the more complicated the watchface, the more lag you'll get... That's why we created the Fewlaps watchface, simple, clean, fast and battery friendly

Same here and increased battery usage. One version they fix another version they break. Quality of the versions is bad. 

What version of Display you have on your watch? 

I had 3.30 with exclamation mark (!), so upgraded to 3.40 from the 20.00 beta firmware and the watch feel snappier (when entering a menu etc). 

How do you upgrade the display? My watch says 3.30! but it’s on 20.00 so I’m not sure what to do.
