skin burns with a fenix5

i have been getting round skin burns that immediately come back after putting the watch on. they are the same as the other posts. they take about two weeks to go away but come back within a day or two when i put the watch back on. i am not allergic to anything and i do not wear the watch in the shower. i keep it clean.

My wife had problem with fenix 5s and the plastic strap. Garmin sent a leather strap for free which doesn't cause burns anymore to her.

Wrong forum, but in any case Garmin says to contact them if you're having any skin irritations with your watch and they'll help you resolve it.

My wife had the same with the silicone strap. She has a Garmin Nylon strap and they've now gone.
