Crazy C25K plan

I'm doing the C25K with Coach Amy. First week was going well:

  • Benchmark jog of 5 minutes.
  • 5 minute walk/5 minute run, 3x
  • 5 minute walk/5 minute run, 3x
  • 2 minute walk/5 minute run, 3x

And then things got weird. Today's workout was 5 minute walk/2 minute run, 2x. Weirder still, the next workout appears to be a one hour run! What the heck? Even at my slowest pace that would be 8km. In the first week! What kind of fool plan is this?

However, when I look at the plan online, it appears today's was supposed to be 1 minute walk/5 minute run, 3x. What's going on?
