Cannot reboot even with a hard reset

My "down" button was suddenly out of services. I have tried to reboot the watch but it only shows me some infos like software version, ram test, rom, etc... Even with hard reboot it seems not to work. So the clock is ko...

I sounds like you down/lap button is stuck. There are more reports of this problem described in this forum. It's not a problem you can fix yourself, as far as I know. The best thing to do is to contact…

I sounds like you down/lap button is stuck. There are more reports of this problem described in this forum. It's not a problem you can fix yourself, as far as I know. The best thing to do is to contact Garmin Support. Good chance that they will replace the unit.
