Back-light not working

How to fix Back-light not working?

Try to switch it on

Menu>Settings>System>Backlight>Not During Activity>Keys=ON ...

and

Menu>Settings>System>Backlight>During Activity>Keys=ON ...

Try settings.. System.. back-light.. (then look at back-light settings and adjust if necessary )

No luck?

Then try a soft reset by holding the light button for approx 20 seconds..

If still no luck .. then try a hard reset.. If that doesn't change anything.. then ring product support.. sending them an email first.
