Heart rate sensor is green but does not flash during activity since 1.5 weeks

My fenix 5 heart rate sensor has green light but does not flash during activity since 1.5 weeks. It does flash correctly when there is no activity triggered. I need accurate heart rate to train properly. How to solve ?

I am sorry you are having OHR issues. Please try both resets you can do on your watch and test inbetween the two before the full master reset.

1) Hard Reset - With your watch on, hold down…

That's really not an issue. OHR has two modes - 24/7 mode where it flashes, and activity mode where it doesn't. When it's not flashing is't actually more accurate.

Ok but than it is broken. Vo2 max dropped from 50 to 44 and when i go running the response time on my interval training is none. I have almost a flatline. My colleage next to me with whom i train has similar heart rate and that moves nicely withnour interval. Did you do any software update beginnen of may ?

Keep in mind you go use a tablet or computer and see your OHR in your Garmin Connect account for each activity. When you pull up a single activity, you can drag along the entire workout and see all your data to help decide if the issue needs to be addressed further with Product Support.
