i have had my Fenix X for over 2 years. tho i wear it every day it did not have a scratch on it.
so in the last 6 months i had been concerned about consistent charging issues - constantly needing to clean and polish the contacts. it was this frustrating connection that almost put me off the watch altogether.
so i was not overly surprised when the watch simply stopped working. no response from charging whatsoever and it finally died.
finding local support was not the easiest but i was finally given an address to send it to.
i posted it just a week ago and incredibly, just this morning, i received a package containing a new watch complete with a brand new band.
i am very grateful - i love this series of watch and now Garmin has my full confidence. very much worth every penny.
