I have tried the troubleshooting fix of deleting the device from Garmin Connect app, web and Garmin express, and reconnecting. This has returned the timeline data for today but not for the timeline back until it was working previously (since 20 April to 9 May).
I have uninstalled Garmin Connect on my Android phone and reinstalled. Deleted my Garmin Fenix 5s from Garmin Connect App, Garmin Connect Web and Garmin Express on pc, then reconnected, but to no avail.
All activity data has been recorded successfully (rides, hikes, runs etc) between the dates, just no timeline data (heart rate, steps, intensity, floors etc).
Anyone else had this problem and fixed it?
I did manually import a .FIT file from Zwift to my Garmin Connect account on 20 April so maybe that was the cause, but does not explain why the data for timeline cannot be recovered from the Fenix 5S.
Scratching my head for a fix now, so grateful of any assistance, thanks.
