My running coach has programmed one day a week with hill repeats and accelerations that are sent to my watch. It requires the use of the "lap" button. For the life of me, I cannot get this particular workout to actually work as it's supposed to. It starts with the warmup and that's it - no laps, no repeats, it acts like a regular run. When I hit the lower right button for "lap" it takes me to my watch face. If I hit the upper right button, it pauses the program. What am I missing here? Thanks for any help.
