My RHR stuck on 54 and didn't want to go low or high for the last 5 days. I am running and Cycling every day. Does anybody know how to fix it?

The resting HR is the min HR that is measured so far. Why do you expect, that RHR should go up and down daily? RHR develops only at long term. So I think with 54 you've a good fitness.
