Heart rate monitor problem.

hi, I have a problem with my heart rate moniter in my denim 5x it starts to work at the start of a work out then just sits around 80 as I look at it but clearly my heart rate is way over 110 at least. Do you this my watch is broken ? It’s not even 1 year old just yet.

I also have this issue, it takes about 10 minutes to read my heart rate properly when on the cardio activities , I have no problems worth the cycle and indoor cycle activities.

did anyone respond to you?

Which Garmin device? The OP is saying "denim 5x." Not sure if they mean fenix 5x or something else.
