Cycling distance not working

I simply choose Bike, press start, start my ride, but distance stays zero. I tried looking into GPS setting, but everything seems normal. When I chose hiking activity, distance works, but I guess it counts my steps. By the way, when cycling, speed seems to be working, and GPS shows ready. Distance, however stays 0.00.

Help!

I restarted it, by holding light button for a long period. It works now. Thanks

Maybe you use indoor cycling, then there isn't any distance.

Then I recommend rebooting the watch or make a factory reset. But be sure that you don't lose your activity data.

@6703580 Hello. I'll take a look and see what I can do to help. When you upload the Bike activity to your Connect account do you see a map of the area you recorded the activity in? Also, are you using any additional sensors (speed and cadence for example)?

Same happens to me. Speed appears on watch when cycling but distaba stays at 0.00. When sync distance is not appearing and even speed doesn’t appear. No map of the area y cycled appears. Any hint or solution ? Thanks!

Hi, has this been resolved when you tried restarting the with holding the light button? I've tried this step but haven't really tested it outdoors yet. Running inside the house has triggered the distance to count but not with cycling mode.

Please help me as well. Chose mtb exercise got time but no distance or elevation. Tried to reset by holding in the light button but no luck. What else can I try?

Having this same issue. Has it been resolved? Race coming up and I need to know my distance!
