Fenix 5 no longer broadcasting heart rate to Peloton

Hi,

The subject pretty much says it all. The screen indicates the connection is made and the box containing the heart rate appears, but there's nothing inside it.

This starting happening about 2 weeks ago.

Fenix 5 and Peloton are both at the latest software versions.

Anyone else seeing this?

Where you able to get this problem resolved? I am having the same issue.

Me too same issue, has anyone resolved it? I also notice that my heart rate sometimes just goes low on the watch when I know it’s much higher. Sweat related maybe?
