We did multiple reboots, data clears, info erasing and finally came to the conclusion it was a hardware issue and not a software problem. Mine was out of warranty so I had to py $170 to replace it with a refurbished one. I will say though, the process was awesome and the Garmin folks were extremely helpful. It sucks that it was out of warranty, but I had gotten 3.5 GOOD years out of it. $175 to replace is a no brainer.
