I am sure we have all noticed the continued and active presence of Garmin - Chris on this forum recently. I think that such a role had been sorely missing and I have been among those complaining about Garmin's poor and more often non-existent communications. Now that Chris is here, I want to express my pleasure in seeing him and his frequent interventions, often by way of indicating that he has communicated by private message of makin one suggestion or other.
In a post a few months ago, I wrote, "I also think it is a mistake to think that Garmin is not working on this, thought I will hardly defend their communication strategy or lack of one."
I assume that this marks a new era in Garmin's engaging with its customers.
I am sure we are all glad for you presence and want to commend Garmin for this introduction.
