device will not get sattelite signal why?

hello,

i have fenix 3 so probably in the wrong room but i cant find room for fenix 3.

anyway about month ago device stopped aquiring GPS. it has current EPO and up to date software. can you help

please.

Only the German Forum is still active for the F3, unfortunatly Garmin removed the US one a while ago. Have you powered off and powered back on the watch and tried it once more. No issues with mine at this time.

Former Member Hello. On your watch if you go to Settings > System > About and go down one page, what is the software version showing for GPS?

I am sorry your watch is no longer acquiring GPS. Your watch GPS version is up to date being on version 3.30.

Please try the following:

- Directly plug your Fenix 3 into your computer

- Install Garmin Express on your computer

- Add your Fenix 3 and sync it one time. (Your watch will automatically update an internal file related to GPS acquisition.)

If you still cannot acquire GPS satellite acquisition when testing your watch with an outdoor activity, please contact our Garmin Outdoor Product Support within your country.
