Fenix 5x APAC firmware still stuck at 14.20? When can we get 19.10?

I heard previously that APAC firmware will be 6 months behind US, but this is APAC firmware is last updated in Oct 2019.

Can someone from Garmin tell me when can the APAC version of the Fenix 5x get any update? We are not even at the version 15.xx.

I haven't even got to 14.20 - my Garmin Express is still stuck at 10.0? Any idea how I can get it to 14.20?
