Training Status not showing in fenix 5s

I have exactly the same issue on my Fenix 5x plus..... I can't get ridd of the two runs message.... Or get any update of training status...... I've done three runs... all over 10 mins... outside with hr and gps..... Using RUN app. 

Hello.  Some additional information required to get an updated Training Status (which requires a current/updated VO2 Max) can be found in this support center article.  Why is my Training Status not Updating on my Garmin Fitness Device?

One thing we'll want to make sure of is that the heart rate is at 70% of your max heart rate or higher for a minimum of 10 consecutive minutes during the outdoor run (using the Run app).

Thanks for your reply....... I did not meet the requirements you listed... as my hr was not at 70% of hr max for 10 mins...... So thank you for clearing that up for me....

I'll try harder next time...
