battery issue on Fenix5 on 15.40 software?

I have a problem with the watch for a long time, I think. Is it normal that Fenix 5, after setting the analog dial, but still built into the watch, and not downloaded by Connect IQ, can only work on the battery for 5 days? I note that I do not have it permanently connected to the phone via bluetooth + I have set the lowest brightness levels / gestures turned off / unnecessary vibrations. It only works permanently with the heart rate monitor. Please, help me if I can get over it. My Fenix 5 has the latest 15.40 software.

Seriously you have 14 days? Now I am worried about my watch, I hahe had this only two months...

ys. 10 days with bluetooth and notifications always on. 2-3 hours of gps per charge

I have to roll back to another software version? I heard that 14.20 or 14.77 beta are one of the best softwares without battery drain issue.

Yesterday at 11:00 I had 100%, tomorrow at 8:00 I have 13% without any activity and no bluetooth connection..

If you use a sensor eg HRM chest strap or footpod make sure to disconnect it and turn of scanning after an activity otherwise your battery will be shot very quickly >2% per hour vs (~0.3 with it off)

mine the same 15.40 since une week, battery drain aprox 4-5% per hour without activty

Hello All,

I'm trying figure out if the 15.40 update was the sole cause of the battery drain.

Was the increased battery drain issue observed only after updating to 15.40? Are has this been an ongoing issue for you?

It occurs with some updates, not rememper what but the 12 was perfect, later the 14 too, but with the last the battery drain is not normal 10% in less than 12 hours
