With this update, my experience with battery life is very promising. So far less than 0,3% per hour.

Can you please describe what is the fix to altimeter calibration during activity. I thought that the altimeter was only calibrated at the start of an activity, by design. What is the fix precisely. I am greatly interested by this aspect. Thnak you.

Mine has been .5-.8%, when I had been getting .3-.4% on the last couple betas. Here's hoping another power cycle will fix it.

First charge cycle with 15,40 and my f5 is around 0.4-0.6,%/hour.in run mode 4 to 6%/hour.battery looks stable but i i have to wait some charge cycles

Yes, I can confirm on 15.41, no drain, 8% per day withiut GPS, which is very acceptable.

Fenix 5x - Large battery drain when bluetooth sensor scanning left on :/
If you use a sensor eg HRM chest strap or footpod make sure to disconnect it and turn of scanning after an activity otherwise your battery will be shot very quickly >2% per hour vs (~0.3 with it off)

Yep -- I'm seeing ~5-7% per day in "watch" mode (no GPS use); then again I haven't had problems with excessive battery drain for a long time.

Hello to everyone! I'm new here and I have some questions!

First off all I want to understand the process to install every update (beta) to my watch. If anyone can explain me, I will preceate it because from the site I can't!!

Furthermore, I want to know if the every new beta includes all the previous updates! My f5x is new without any update.

It worth to make up this updates to our watches?

Finally, for each beta we have to remove the previous one in order to install the new??

Hi! you can just install the latest beta. -> View installation instructions and system requirements

you have to install (drag and drop files) manually for the beta.

for the released versions. just let the watch update itself (via wifi, or garmin connect)
