heart rate data

My avg heart rate data stopped working on 1/16, even though i can see that my HR is being captured. I see that this is also an older issue - i have run updates and powered down the watch and turned it back on yet nothing seems to work. Does anyone know why this just stopped or is there a stetting that may have accidentally been selected?

I have this problem. Suddenly stopped sending HR data to Garmin Connect as of 8 am yesterday. HR still appears on watch and the data showed up over the course of a 1,5 hour activity yesterday afternoon. Nothing before and nothing after that. Have redone all the HR settings but still nothing. Everything else works fine.
