Too much software issues for being premium device

Not sure if any Garmin staff is reading the forum. However, I'm a bit confused. I choosed Fenix 5X two years ago bacause of great features and reliable measurements/estimations. That was expensive one but I thought maybe it's time to pay for quality.

And I have been really happy with the device. All the features I need exist and everything has run smoothly until now. 

Latest two updates have been disappointments. Major issue for me is broken calorie counting. Also battery drain annoys but I can live with that - the battery still lasts longer than many other device does.

What confuses me is that there has been zero communication from Garmin. As your customer I would appreciate some kind of communication about issues in updates and also some kind of schedule when fixes could be available.

Needless to say - no answer from Garmin support either.

I love your products and would like to stay with Garmin - please think your customers and share some information what's going on.
