I see someone else is getting too many calories, but I have the opposite problem. My Fenix 5x shows 347 active calories from an activity yesterday, but the Active/Resting Calorie count only showed 238 active calories for the whole day.

My active calories are still way off after the 15.10 update. For me they are showing as way higher than they should be. Active calories are 3-5x higher than before the update with similar activity levels…
same issue for me; calories too high
I've been in communication with Support, and sent them my data so the firmware engineers could look at the problem. They've said it may be a few weeks before I hear anything. Perhaps someone who…
Same problem here, more than 20.000 steps today and only 90 active calories, that's way off!!!

Can't say that I'm seeing any problems with the calorie count since 15.1
My active calories are roughly half those earnt. Run activity showed over 400 cal then walked over 10000 steps total active cals 380 for the day. This is since last update
Same here! I burned 384 calories during my run yesterday, but the overall active burned calories for the day was only 243. What gives?!
Same probleme here .... how to restore that ??
I am using a Marq but am having the same issue (I believe they are run on similar software). My active calories on the watch show low and on the widget in the connect app it shows low but when you dig down on the widget in the connect app the more appropriate number shows (almost double). I wore the Apple Watch on my right wrist today to compare and it’s obvious the Garmin is struggling.
