Time display with seconds

In general, the time display can be set to display seconds.
To minimize power consumption, GARMIN recommends not using the second display.
But sometimes I want to read the time to the second. Therefore my question: Is there a temporary way to display the time with hours, minutes and seconds? For example, this would be possible with a WIDGET or a special data field.
Do you know a solution?

When it is Garmin watch face with seconds it does not consume too much energy, it is only case of custom 3rd party watch faces. chose some garmin one with seconds and don't worry, it will be fine.

Some 3rd party WF's will display seconds for 10 seconds after you turn your wrist to look at it (some have that option), and some are very efficient in displaying seconds all the time. CIQ itself has a very low limit on how much can be done every second. You're talking something like 9.5 days on a charge vs 10.

Data intense CIQ watch faces tend to be a tiny bit harder on the battery than simple ones.
