Stairs count off the Hook since last update

Hi 

Since the last update my Stairs counting is completely off the Hook. I walk a few meters up and it shows allready 10 Stairs have been climbed. Someone is facing the same Problem and has a Solution for it?

Yould it be that the Watchface has some Issue? 

I'm Thnakful for any Hint that might solve the Problem
