HRV Log - How to read it

Hi there,

i am trying to understand how to read (and get) the HRV Log. I have enabled the logging via settings but i am failing in understanding how i can use (or get) the log out of my Fenix 5.

I know that there are different app in the Garmin IQ but i was wondering if the HRV Log of the device might be more useful or accurate.

Try RUNALYZE.

There, you se values and graphics related to HRV.

It is also a very complete site to see an activity .

It has all kinds of info and graphs.

Hi,

You have to see an activity in another site.

Otherwise the HRV is pretty useless.

One more question (if you can be so kind to answer) do i have to manually upload this HRV Log (from my Fenix to the Runalyze) or it is going to be done automatically together with the other activities (I have already linked my Garmin Account with Runalyze).

It is automatically done when the activity is uploaded or synced.

RUNALYZE as also the option to fetch all your previous acrivities

Sorry did not get this...I do not have any activity for the HRV Log. My activities now are fully synchronized and i do see the once generated by the two APPS (HRV and HRV Monitor) i got from IQ, but i am still puzzle for this "HRV Log"...

Do you have it on?

By default is off.
