Fenix 5x not have music menu in garmin express

when i connect fenix 5x to garmin express for upload music playlist. it not have music menu.

The 5X doesn't have music support.

It can only control music being played from your mobile, that is what those controls are.

Then how do you play music through it? It has a function to play music, every article and video on the 5X says it can play music.

The 5X Plus and 6X have music, the 5X does not.

I have the same problem. No music option on Garmin Express. I read many reviews stated that we can store music in 5X

Our official Garmin webpages do not make any reference to loading music to a Fenix 5X watch.

I get it that the Fenix 5X doesn't have music support, but it would be nice if the online user manual didn't say that it does. Would have saved a ton of time trying to figure it out.

The manual you linked to is for the 5X PLUS, not the 5X. They are different watches. The 5X does NOT have onboard music, the 5X PLUS does have onboard music.

I think the naming is confusing.

Yeah makes sense now. I don't know why I was even looking, I knew it didn't support onboard music when I bought it.
