Help.... how can I manually reset my anaerobic threshold?
After several watch substitution with Garmin Support, and backups and restores, I have my anaerobic threshold stuck on 160bpm, 5'36"/km as "manual input" and it doesn't change even if I run a 10k race in 5.01 - 154-164bpm.
I always wear a tri-heart-band.
Am I due to make a new Conconi Test? Some months ago, it it updated itself often when I ran for more than 20 minutes near the anaerobic threshold
