I don’t have the Safety and tracking menu option on Connect on my fenix 5x

I only have livetrack as an option. I ride on my own often and would love to activate the incident detection function but I can’t enable it on Connect and nor do I have the Safety menu option on my fenix 5x. I have read that all the 5’s now have this option.

5 series dosent have that. Only 5 plus and up

Hi Craig, I have the same issue and purchased my Fenix 5X on the basis it had this feature.... Hopefully The Garmin team can respond to your question to aid both of us.

I have the same issue and it was also one of the reasons I bought the 5x

I would love some help with this too! The box and listing said Incident Detection all over it, but there is no "Safety & Tracking" option on the Connect app.

none of the standard 5 range has this feature only plus ranges do
