F5 and 13.2.2... haven’t been able to connect properly for weeks. When I occasionally do and have to set up the sync from scratch, it loses it after a day. Tried restarting phone and watch, re-pairing etc, but simply can’t get GC to connect to the watch, even though phone and watch say BT is connected.
Saw a new GC update today and was excited that it had fixed the problem... but no luck.
On another note Garmin, stop being insulting and only ever writing “This version is packed with big fixes and performance improvements....” crap - post a proper change log in the app.
Hello Me too, Running a new iPhone 11 with iOS 13.2 and my connect app always ask for the pairing code and I get no notifications even after following all steps at the Garmin website. This is a disaster.
Same issue, within 2 min of getting it working again, resetting, repairing etc got x1 sync, shut everything down restarted to check all working and got message in app that it didn’t detect..
This is very poor service and shouldn’t be happening. With no acknowledgement from garmin, that their “Fix” from 17th Oct does not work for fenix 5s
Same problem here. I have a Fenix 5x and iPhone 11. I’ve done every “fix” possible since September. No luck. I’ve tried everything, even called customer service three times. No notifications and the watch requires WiFi to connect to my phone. I’ve wasted too much time trying to fix these issues. Had the Fenix 5 for a year and loved it. Now I’m so frustrated that I can’t even wear it. I was going to upgrade to the Fenix 6 but not after all these unresolved issues. I’m done with this product.
