Is there any possibility to disable this info on my watch?
When I start phone call on my phone i dont need to be notify about that on my phone ;)

Agreed. I definitely DO NOT need this feature. Let me know if there is a way to disable. I know when I am on the phone and do not to be notified of such.
Ok but i want to disable only informatorom about active call, not all notifications from phone :/
This worked for me:
on Iphone, go to Settings, Bluetooth and click on the "i" next to your watch.
Turn off "Share system messages".
It’s related to iOS 13, not fenix FW
