fenix 5 firmware 14.20 update & stress level

Is there anyone seen the stress level went up with 14.20 update?

I had some issues with this in the past and it is clearly identified from one update to another up and down 10-20 grades... now from 29 AVG went up to 40 immediately when I finished the update. It is visible on the daily tracking...

This is so frustrating!!! ...since BETA 13.51 manual update was pefect! Till now, till 14.20!!! In the past I found the same issue when a new update released... when the daily stress level whent up I was sure there is new update waiting... :-( I started to hate this device because of this...

No such behavior on my 5x since the update 3 days ago. Going back 2 weeks, stress behavior shows a range of 20 to 40 (total day average). Past two days 24 and 27. No problem here.

One thing to look at after an update is your max and resting heart rates. After an update, the watch can import the incorrect datapoints and zones from Garmin Connect, which can impact how the watch interprets your HR data. If you need to reset those datapoints, make sure you do it on GC rather than the watch, otherwise they will just be re-imported in the future.

Thanks for your input. I will check it! I was checking further and recognise, the sensor is not working properly. There are few minutes during the day when it’s not measuring HR at all... all together can be 1-1,5h for a day is cca. 10 parts. Also in the night plenty of time not measurable the value but before was fully measured!?!?! I found also that measuring wrong values for ex. the watch shows 90 value but measuring by hand is around 60-70 !?!?!?!

...for sure some updates are absolutely fine, no deviation at all but some have these issues...
