Can you manually record a PR? I recently had a 10k PR, but the distance was not correct on the GPS, do it recorded a PR that was faster than it actually was

Yes you can. Go to web Garmin Connect and then Records (second bottom of the list). You can remove or change your PB's.

PR / PB - Personal record / personal best.

I don’t see an option to change, only remove.

You will need to go to activity on Connect Web, press a cog at the top right and then assign PR.

Click on your time for the PB and you can then change it.
