Garmin fenix 5 plus - reboot, restart, turns off

Hi,

I have the fenix 5 plus. SW 8.4 and it just turns off here and there. Sometimes it restarts.

Does any one know if it is a hardware or software faliure?

Check others with 5 PLUS and this software version (this is Fenix 5 forum so here noone would have experience). Generally it should not happen and it looks like hw failure. before you go to Garmin support you should try factory reset and without installing anythijg use the watch for one week and you will see.

I did a factory reset 2x times, and its the same.

then it is time to contact Garmin support I guess.
