Fenix 5 charge issue

Hello i have the fenix 5 with silver pins and i realise that sometimes my watch charge and other times doesnt charge.What can i do?

Mines looked like that since it was new. Have you tried rubbing alcohol? On the lead and the watch.

yes i try but for a watch that is 9 months old and 500 eyros i think this is not right

Search for "corrosion" topics on the forum. But the only solution is to contact Garmin Support and get your unit replaced.

I am facing the same issue now. Couldn't charge at all. Call garmin support and had to pay 1/3 of the watch price to get it repaired as the warranty period is just over!
