Not possible. The f5 family lacks the needed HW for music. The f5+ family has the HW though.

And by lack of hardware, he means that the Fenix 5 lacks memory storage to store Spotify files.
Not just the memory, if that were the only issue the Fenix 5X could do music. It also doesn't have the bluetooth hardware for audio, the BLE hardware it has doesn't support audio.
Also the blue tooth chip needed for the headphones.
