Hi all I encountered a screen issue problem with my Garmin Fenix 5s after finishing a hike. The battery dropped from 18% to 0 in 3 minutes. I got home, charged my watch and after the charge was complete had the issues as per the screen photo. Unable to read anything and will no longer connect to Garmin Express to see if it is software problem. I have done both a soft and hard reset which unfortunately hasn't worked.
