after purchasing a new fenix 5X watch, I added it to the service: garmin connect. The watch has synchronized correctly but unfortunately there is a problem with the counting of steps and their display in the service. In the service, for example, I had 4,000 steps (from the previous watch), I walked 5,000 steps with the new watch. After synchronization, 4,000 steps appeared on the new watch (from the garmin connect service), while 5,000 steps from the watch did not sign anywhere and disappeared. The situation repeats after each data synchronization with the service. How can I solve this problem?
