Power fields unavailable in other activities - what to do?

New to F5. Trying to set up a new activity form long distance biking. Editing "Other". All if fine but for the fact that (bike) power fields are unavailable. Other than adding a 3rd party data field, is there a way to get these fields?

black on black F5 (no X, no S, no +). Refurbished. Used for running, cycling, and touring. Touring being the reason for an F5 (superior autonomy). S is too small, X or + above my pay grade ATM :)

If you happen to know how to move waypoints offline, I'd love to know how (I can manage courses, but couldn't figure how to do it for "saved locations".

that is all I know...no knowledge about maps
