Has there been a change in how Training Status and Performance Condition calculations are made, as over the last three or so months I've seen a subtle change in how performance condition and training status is being reported. My Vo2 Max has plummeted from 59 to 52, where it has held steady for the last few weeks.
Over the last few months I have reduced my training load after coming off Marathon training and have had a couple of minor injuries that has meant that my training has been somewhat disrupted. Coupled with higher temperatures now that we're in summer I can understand the drop in Vo2 max. However what I have noticed is that over the last few weeks I am consistently been able to put in good productive runs and I am definitely starting to get back to the shape I was in before my Marathon in March but my Fenix 5 refuses to give me a fitness status as anything other than no change (horizontal arrow). Last year similar training at a similar fitness would have given me some up arrows and my Vo2Max would have gone up by at least one point by now, certainly have interval and speed sessions.
