Calendar sync has not worked

Hi all,

I have the Fenix 5X Plus that syncs activities and other data via Bluetooth to the Garmin Connect app in my Android phone and all the way to Garmin:s cloud. Seems ok.

From the Garmin Connect website I selected a training program and it shows up automatically in the phone app, but after several tries to syncs to the Fenix, the training program never shows there.

When I open the calendar app in the Fenix, it only display "Waiting for data", but nothing more happens.

What I can understand, I have the latest firmware in the Fenix, the latest app in the Phone (Samsung S6) so, what to do?

    Unfortunately this is a bit confusing but the calendar widget does not show the training calendar. Instead it shows the built in calendar from your phone. To see the training calendar on your watch press the start button to go to the activities list, then hold down the menu key. From there go to Training>Training Calendar. The other thing that will happen is if you choose to start an activity on a day you have a workout of that type scheduled it will ask if you want to do that workout. If you want the training calendar to show up in a widget you can sync your calendar to Outlook or another service that syncs with your phone's calendar or there may be a ConnectIQ widget that can do this (I haven't looked into it so I'm not sure on that one).

    Keep in mind this information is for the Fenix 5 series but I think it's the same for the 5 Plus series (there is a separate forum for 5+).
